Shipping

Within the USA, we use facilities located in McDonough, GA, as well as Amazon warehouses. We will ship your order from the location closest to you with the item(s) in stock. If you have any special requests regarding how the fulfillment of your order is completed, please contact our customer service team who will be able to supply you with additional details. 


International shipments will be shipped from our McDonough, GA location. Please bear in mind that your country may apply customs, duties, and/or import fees to your parcel. If you have any questions or concerns, please check with your federal customs authority before placing your order, as any fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Within the USA, most orders are shipped via US Postal Service, however other carriers may be used including UPS, FedEx, or other courier services. If you have a preferred carrier, you may reach out to our Customer Service team in order to see how we may be able to accommodate you.

Delivery times are based on the shipping method selected for the order. Within the USA, the options we offer, are:

Basic delivery is a 4-7 business day service
Expedited delivery is a 2-3 business day service
Priority delivery is a 1-2 business day service

Please note that weekend delivery may occur, however, we are unable to guarantee this service.

International shipments will typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing time.

The list of countries we ship to is based on the likelihood of our supplements being allowed entry into your country by your local customs or bio-security department. Our fulfillment partners are very well-versed in international shipping rules, and have supplied this list to us. If your country is not listed, this is because we have either had difficulty with our products being permitted entry into your country, or it is suspected that it would be an issue. Please note, if a package is denied entry by customs, it is non-refundable; we do not wish to create situations wherein the purchaser is out the cost of the order, and without the product.

Orders

In the event you need to edit, change, or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team who will do their best to accommodate you. We do process orders quickly and efficiently in order to ensure timely delivery, which means that in some instances the timeframe to make changes may have already elapsed. Contacting us as quickly as possible will lessen the risk of this occurring; however, if this results in an issue of the delivery of your order, we will do our best to assist you.

Please contact our friendly Customer Service team via phone, live chat, or email as soon as the issue comes to light. Being an online retailer, we do recognize that not all deliveries go smoothly all of the time, but we are here to help! Please note that the onus is on our customers to get in touch with us right away, as the window for investigation with our fulfillment and shipping partners is limited; we will be in the best position to assist you if we are made aware of the issue immediately.

We offer a subscription service for those who would like to receive their supplements on a set schedule. This helps to ensure that you do not unexpectedly run out of your wellness products; plus, we offer a discount for those who enroll in this service, so the benefits are twofold! You can change your schedule at any time, temporarily suspend it if you'll be away, and, of course, you can cancel at any time.

Returns and Exchanges

Yes! With our 90-day, money-back guarantee you can try a new self-care regimen without worry! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, regardless of reason, please contact our friendly Customer Service team so that they may supply you with everything you need to initiate the return process.

Herbs and natural ingredients can take time to build up in your system before you experience their full benefits, so we ask that you allow at least 30 days of usage before making your decision. Remember: you have up to 90 days to return your order, so feel free to give the products time to work. Please note that the guarantee expires 90 days from the date the item is delivered to you, and can not be honored beyond that time-frame.

The full refund process does usually take 5-10 business days from the time your package is received back at our warehouse, until we email you to confirm that the credit has been issued back to you. We do appreciate your patience while we work on this for you, but if you feel that this time has already passed, certainly do feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team, who will be happy to investigate this for you.

It is always a good idea to package the item to be refunded in such a way that it will not be broken or damaged in transit; if this occurs, there may be a risk of the parcel becoming undeliverable and discarded by the carrier. You may also choose the carrier which suits you best; your local mail provider (i.e., US Postal Service, Canada Post, etc) tends to be quite reliable and less expensive than a courier service. Whichever carrier you do use, please note that it is recommended to hang on to your tracking number until we have emailed you to confirm that the refund has been completed.

Product Info

Dietary supplements are regulated by the FDA under the Dietary and Supplements Health & Education Act (DSHEA) of 1994. Supplements do not require 'FDA approval' but must comply with DSHEA regulations. We work strictly with FDA-registered, GMP-compliant manufacturing partners. As part of the certified Good Manufacturing Practices process, all of our ingredients and products go through multi-step quality control testing before and during production, as well as prior to release to ensure purity, efficacy and safety. Testing includes identification (to confirm correct botanical ID and rule out adulteration), potency of standardized materials, microbial contamination, heavy metal testing, solvent residue, and other individual tests as may be required. 

It is normal to see some precipitation of herbal materials within the dropper or in the liquid itself. This occurs when the extracted herbs partially settle out of solution over time, and is a completely natural process. There is no reduction in potency of your product or any safety concerns with using the product; simply shake well before taking your dose.
