Tips On How To Improve Your Muscle Building/Toning - Part 2

Make Your Workout Interesting and Unpredictable

If you like games this is a great one for you! Try bringing a deck of cards with you when you go to workout. Instead of doing your usual repetitive 10-15 reps, switch it up a bit. Start by flipping over cards to see how many reps you are to do. Every card is worth it’s face value. Face cards are worth 10. Now add and extra 10 to whatever number appears on the card. For Example, if you flip a six add 10 to that and you will find yourself doing 16 reps instead of your usual. Repeat after every set. This will help to confuse the muscles.

Feeling Stuck And Can’t Build Your Own Routine

Try hiring a personal trainer. They have the skills and knowledge to be able to help you get the maximum benefit out of each workout. They will also know your skill-level, and flexibility and will help you find something that suits your body, and you’re goal.

Circuit Workout

These are great for when you’re not quite sure where to start or how to keep motivated. Circuits are set up at the gym to help you keep organized with your routine, and the time will pass before you know it. Put on some great music, and let the circuit be your guide.
