Niacin - Vitamin B3

Derived from from myo-inositol hexanicotinate, every part of your body needs this vitamin to function properly. As a supplement, niacin may help lower cholesterol, ease arthritis and boost brain function, among other benefits.

Pyridoxine - Vitamin B6

B vitamins are also important for cardiovascular and heart health. Specifically, B6, B12, and folic acid are involved in reducing elevated homocysteine levels. Homocysteine is an amino acid normally found in blood, and elevated levels have been associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease.

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is a nutrient that helps keep the body’s nerve and blood cells healthy. It is also involved in DNA production, the genetic material in all cells. Vitamin B12 helps prevent a type of anemia that makes people tired and weak.


An essential amino acid naturally found in many foods, L-tryptophan is a precursor to the brain chemical serotonin. Serotonin helps regulate mood and can be converted to melatonin, which is an important hormone for regulating the sleep-wake cycle.

Passion Flower

This botanical is a highly valued calmative used for restlessness, as a gentle sedative for sleep difficulties, and to relieve anxiety, neurasthenia (longstanding mental and physical tiredness) and other nervous disorders.


Magnolia bark has the ability to help naturally ease anxiety, improve mood, and decrease stress in people with mental agitation. It contains additional properties that help promote strong immunity. 

Lemon Balm

Lemon balm is a perennial herb from the mint family and contains compounds that provide a gentle calming effect on the nervous system. It has traditionally been used to help relieve anxiety, stress, troubled sleep, and certain cognitive issues. 

California Poppy

The official flower of the eponymous state, California Poppy is helpful for sleeplessness and nervous agitation, and eases chronic mental and physical fatigue. It may also help improve mood and a generally more positive outlook.


This potent amino acid derived from green tea promotes relaxation, helping to ease stress and allowing an anxious mind to unwind. L-theanine may also improve the function of the body’s immune system.


Melatonin is a hormone made by the pineal gland within our brain. It plays an important role in regulating the natural sleep-wake cycle and is often used to help occasional sleeplessness. Found in many foods including cherries, you can support your body's natural melatonin production by keeping your bedroom as dark as possible when you sleep.
