Refund policy

You may request a return authorization for all items within 90 days from the date of delivery. We will provide you with a label for a small fee (available for USA & Canada only), in order to make your return simple and hassle-free! We will refund the cost of any returned items, less the cost of the return label (if applicable), and any costs which were charged to deliver your order to you.

If you do not have access to a printer, or if you simply prefer to send the item/s back without our label, you may do so. If this is your preference, please ensure to obtain a return authorization number from us in advance, and retain the tracking number for your parcel from your chosen carrier - do not discard this until your refund has been received.

Please note:

  • Return requests beyond 90 days from the date of delivrey will not be approved
  • We only issue refunds for items returned to us; please ensure to send back all empty, open, and sealed items
  • A single product may only be returned once per person, per household
  • Without a return authorization, we are unable to log your return, which may cause a delay with your refund, or prevent us from being able to process it
  • Once return authorization is issued, your package must be postmarked within 10 days
  • You may expect the credit to be finalized within 10 business days after the delivery to our returns department, and we will email you a confirmation once it has been completed
  • We will refund to your original payment method only. If you paid for your order with a pre-paid credit card, please hold on to this as we will be unable to refund you if the card is lost or unavailable. Please let customer service know if your card is no longer available, prior to refund processing
  • Costs for the prepaid label are as follows: USA $5.95 and Canada $6.95. The cost of the label will be deducted from your total return value
  • We use the tracking number for the return parcel to determine when to refund orders coming back to us. Should you forego our pre-paid label, please contact us once you can see that your tracking indicates successful delivery back to our facility

 

Sending Items Back:

We request that you retain the tracking details for the return postage until we have confirmed the refund with you. We do not recommend refusing deliveries, or requesting a return-to-sender unless our staff have specifically instructed you to do so; otherwise the refund may not be guaranteed.
